U.S. Xpress is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a Local dry van run out of Chicago, IL. Competitive weekly pay for drivers who meet the carrier's safety criteria below.

🔴 Key Requirements • Must have personal transportation to & from the DC daily • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays. 🔴 Job Details • Training Time: New hires will have a 1 day ride along for $100 • Home Time: Daily with 2 days off per week • Freight: Dry & refrigerated. No touch Freight. Mix of live unload and drop & hook. • Running area: Delivering to Meijer locations in OH, KY, and IN (within 250 miles of the DC) • Mileage: 1600-1700 weekly • Tractors: Slip seat. Newer model day cabs. Assigned trucks are only on an as needed basis • Schedule: Start times vary as this is a 24/7 account. Full & Part Time shifts available • Flexible Part Time Option: Part-time drivers can work 8-36 hours per week but are not eligible for vacation pay.
