Safety is the main priority, when you are here you are part of our team and our team takes care of each other. 99.8% of the time we drive up and down the I5, familiarity with same stores/deliveries, 34 hour resets at home, plus additional time off as requested. Large bonus for experienced teams. New Teams (lower payscale) are making $1,800+ gross per week with hard work, as you work harder or have more experience that pay will only go up. For a two-driver team, each payout amount is doubled. Total program cost per team is $10,000. Bonus rules 1. Only for experienced new hires or drivers that have been out of the company for at least 90 days. 2. Drivers must remain on account in full team status 3. If team breaks up for any reason, or other driver leaves company the individuals will have 30 days to re-seat with another team driver to be eligible for continued bonus
