OTR MENTOR position. Mentors train apprentices to safely operate trucks in compliance with state/local laws and CRE policies. Mentors paid for ALL miles the truck moves, plus Mentor Bonuses, Network Bonuses, and Safety Bonus Incentives. Drivers run 2-3 weeks out with 2-3 days home. No-touch freight, primarily refrigerated with some dry van. Delivery locations vary by driver residence. Late-model Freightliner auto sleepers (3 yrs or newer) pulling 53' trailers (reefer + dry van). REQUIREMENTS: Mentors must be AGE 25 OR OLDER and have 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience. LAST CARRIER UPDATE: 2026-03-13.

OTR: 2-3 weeks out, 2-3 days home in between. Driver works with apprentice in cab.
