C.R. England is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a Dedicated reefer run out of Shartlesville, PA. $1,550–$2,077 / week for drivers who meet the carrier's safety criteria below.

Front Royal VA origin; delivers Northeast + Midwest (MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, KY). Backhauls from Buffalo NY. Mentor variant of Sysco fleet (Job #13).

MENTOR variant of the dedicated Sysco fleet based in Front Royal, VA. CDL-A drivers serve as on-the-truck mentors for trainees. Predictable routes, consistent customer interactions. Delivers to Northeast and Midwest regions: MA, CT, NY (Albany & Syracuse; backhauls from Buffalo), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, KY. All no-touch freight, most loads refrigerated. Round-the-clock office support; dedicated C.R. England maintenance shop onsite. REQUIREMENT: Mentor driver must have minimum 6 months experience (vs 3mo standard) and must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire. Home time varies by domicile: Front Royal VA drivers get home weekly; all other domiciles guaranteed at least every-other-weekend (biweekly), most get weekly. Night driving required. Mileage + Mentor Bonus + Detention Pay + up to 3% Safe & On-Time bonus. Automatic sleeper cabs pulling 53' refrigerated trailers. Truck parking at main facility (Front Royal).
